Social Media Mentoring

Your business has started to experiment with Social Media, you have sent a few tweets, you’re posting now and again on Facebook, you have some followers, but you are not sure where to go with it next.  You want to keep your SM activities in house, but you want to know how to monitor your social media or to improve your engagement or increase your reach.
